It is a lovely blue color. It hit at my knees and I am 5 feet 9. I was happy about that fact! Lovely classic look.

Ordered online without trying on. I often wear small in JJill clothes but the size chart says I'm a medium usually. I'm 5'4 150 pounds and equally proportioned. This dress is loose on me but because it's like a very lightweight sweater I'm glad. I don't want something clinging to my underwear. I actually wore a half slip with it so that it wouldn't cling to my tights but that's because I work somewhere conservative. I don't think most people would. it will be interesting to see how much it shrinks.

The pure Jill cowl-neck dress is wonderful! Very comfortable and sits nicely on my frame. I especially love the neck. Looks great with short hair:-). I wash it on delicate, air dry and then light iron. I wore it to church with black tights and mary-jane wedges. I love it and will get a lot of wear out of it this winter.

Fun casual dress that can be dressed up if needed. Looks good with tights. A great addition to my casual wardrobe.

This is the perfect dress for lots of occasions. Add a scarf to dress it up or patterned tights and sporty shoes for a more casual look. And it has pockets! Washes well. Glad I got it because it will be in my closet for years.
