I love this top. I have worn it for both casual and dressy occasions. It looks good with both black jeans or velvet pants. I have worn it with and without necklaces or a scarf. The fabric itself is so beautiful that it doesn’t need to be dressed up, but I like to do so on occasion.

I ordered this top described as Peacock, I think, hoping it more like the photo, which gives it more of a denim blue tone, but upon receiving it I found it Peacock tone, but fairly dark with some green in as well. I ordered the Small, but as per usual for me J.Jill runs large - the shoulders fit fine, as do the sleeves, but the body is a bit too wide and boxy on me - however, if I exchange it for an SX, I'm afraid the armhole may be too tight, and since I'm a sewer I'll just take it in at the sides with no problem, perhaps nip it in at the waist a bit more to give better shape. Aside from that issue is the fabric quality, which is not the highest of velvets, as it has a sheen that screams imitation, so looks a bit 'cheap' to me - that said, I'll probably be the only person who'll notice, so that won't matter because it's still a pretty top that can be dressed up or down, with a matching velvet skirt, pants or jeans. Also I got it on sale so I'll keep it.

I love the muted colors and floral pattern. I actually had my tailor create a v-neck. It’s perfect! I can’t wait to wear it 😊

I bought this top to wear at Christmas. It's vey pretty but runs small. Especially in the waist and upper arm area.

I love the colors in this top, and so easy to dress up or down - but the colors are the star. I’ve received many compliments, and mostly on the colors!

Just received two days ago and this top is horrid! Should’ve paid attention to the overwhelming reviews giving this top a thumbs down. Mine actually arrived on a hangar, leading one to believe that they were getting a quality garment. Not so!!! This top looked as though someone had washed it and pulled it out of dryer. It didn’t lay right on me, was too short and I am only 5 ft 1. There was NO give at all; the pretty velour print just couldn’t justify keeping this poorly made top. Where were J Jill buyers??? Sorry to have had to pay for shipping.

I bought this to wear out to evening events, and I love it! So comfortable and so lovely. My usual size L fits perfectly. I have worn it to holiday events and concerts. It is easy to care for. I highly recommend it.
