This shoe is very uncomfortable - the seams are hard and rub terribly on my feet. I will be returning the pair.

Tight & hurt my ankle because of how stiff they are. I wanted to love them bc they’re so cute but too painful. Returning immediately.

Had to send them back. Obvious flaw in the suede directly on top of one shoe. Very stiff leather that would’ve required a breaking in period. Too uncomfortable/inflexible around the ankles. Too bad, they’re super cute!

These are very cute however the suede upper is incredibly stiff.

I loved these so much, I bought them at full price. But I was shocked at how uncomfortable they are. I am a solid size 8 and these were incredibly tight on my feet. I am not wide width either. And there was not a lot of padding under the ball of the foot. They are adorable but TOO TIGHT. I returned them.

This is my second pair of Sofft booties and I just love them! I live in the southwest so I can wear an open shoe most of the year. I bought the grey pair to pair with a purse & belt I have. I love this brand. The heel is not too high and the bootie looks great with either casual pants or a dress. I have them in a luggage color and plan on getting another pair in dark brown. They are comfortable, stylish and coordinate well with many things in my closet. Checks all the boxes!

Had shoes similar to these and was happy to find them again

…but as some other reviewers also noted, the top comes up to just high enough to where it cuts into your ankle above the instep. This hurt so much I couldn’t even stand up in them, let alone walk in them, so they went right back in the box and were returned. Will probably work for some, but not for me.
