I am a size 12 tall in pants and jeans. Bought the large regular by accident. On one hand I was pleasantly surprised that the pants were long enough; on the other they were baggy in the seat and loose in the thighs. I will try a medium tall and medium regular to see if either fits. Notwithstanding, my issues with size, I thought the fabric was nice and hopes the medium works for me.

Purchased a medium and had to keep pulling them up all night. Expensive mistake!! If you are in between sizes- size down. Material is great, style is great. Petite length is perfect at 5’ 3”.

This is the second pair of these Ponte pants that I have purchased. I love this deep teal color. They match a tunic from last years collection. They're substantial and beautifully styled in the ponte. I ordered my usual small petite and was very pleased with the fit. These pants certainly live up to the expected JJill quality.

Comfortable slim-leg pants

I bought these pants in the red and black pattern for a Christmas party I went to recently. I bought the red v-neck sweater to wear with them. I was able to get these when they were on sale which was great because I will probably just wear them for the holidays. I tried them on in the store and the length seemed ok in the regular size. I am 5'8" tall and maybe could have used an extra inch but thought the tall size would be a little too long. I haven't washed them yet so I can't comment on that.

These black pants are my go to pants. They are comfortable, a good weight for winter and have pockets. All my sweaters seem to go perfectly with these great pants.

Not like last year's ponte...

I bought 3 pairs of last year's pintucked ponte pants size petite medium. They were a perfect fit. I was excited for this year's colors so I ordered a couple pair but they are a total disappointment because they do not fit. Plus the ponte fabric is not the same. This year's is thin... not heavy like last year's. I will be returning them. ☹️

Recently purchased these pants in black. I’m 5’3”, weigh 163 with a curvy figure. Small P was perfect! Med P a looser fit, but I elected to go the small. Highly recommend this pant! You can dress up or down. Either way, you won’t be disappointed!

I really liked the look of this item online. I prefer pants that are tapered close to the leg at the bottom. I thought “slim leg” would do that. Not so much! The pants are much wider at the bottom than I would like. I do like the fabric, and they otherwise fit just fine. They are a nice change from solid colors.

These are amazing - so comfortable, just the right amount of stretch, forgiving…they dress up perfectly for my professional office environment. The stretchy waistband is discrete and perfect for office job where sitting a lot. I wear size small (typically wear size 6-8 in regular pants).

Love, love these pants. They are made of a substantial fabric with a bit of stretch. I decided not to open the back pockets or front pockets. I don’t use them and sewn closed they lie flat. The legs are nicely tapered too. I usually wear a regular size, but they required hemming $$$. I bought the Petite and they are perfect length, at the ankle. I’d like a pair in Navy if they were available.

Black/Red pretty for the holidays

I ordered online and I usually wear a M or L so I opted for the L. It was a tad big for me (14/16 my usual size) but not going to return. The material is very heavy and that surprised me. I guess that is what Ponte material is like. I am excited to wear with a black top soon. I washed after receiving and put in the dryer on delicate figuring they would shrink given the fabric content and they did so beware if they fit perfectly (the tag says dry cleaning is an option). The back pockets are very shallow and now pull open so I will stitch closed again.

I really like the quality and feel of these pants. I bought a second pair in a brown color. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the difference in their sizes. The gray pair runs a little large, but the brown pair is just big enough. Both are a size medium.

The Ponte slip leg pants are a great fit and look for my short stature unlike the wide leg pants. The fabric is a nice weight for cool fall and cold winter Minnesota temperatures. The pant can be dressed up or casual. This is my new favorite pant.

Sorry I bought my usual petite size instead of regular - because they shrunk quite a bit in wash - plus material does not wash well lost its structure and texture. Not buying leggings at JJill again
