I bought this in a medium initially but had to reorder as it runs large. It’s a fabulous linen shirt and the color (sweet celadon) is stunning. I also bought the tank in the same color as I like to wear slightly buttoned and sometimes tied and knotted at the bottom.

I’m petite (5’3”) and short- waisted so I was tickled to find a linen shirt that fit perfectly — not too long or too wide.

I’ve not worn the shirt but it seems like a nice quality for a reasonable price

I absolutely love the linen shirt this year. I live in the south and prefer linen for the summer. The large petite fits me perfectly and it’s not so long. I am 5’5 and normally a large at J.Jill, unless the top runs long then I switch to petite. I ordered the color celadon which looks light green on the website, but it’s more of a pretty blue color in person. I saw the shirt in store and ordered the petite, but wouldn’t have purchased it online based on the green color I saw there. (I did see that green color in another linen shirt in the store but it was a different style shirt.) I also bought this shirt in white and I just came back online when I saw there are new colors available. I ordered the stripe but it was not flattering on me and too busy. I love that this linen shirt has full length sleeves as almost all the shirts have that 3/4 sleeve, which is not flattering with my arms. I wish that trend and the drop shoulder would leave as it does limit who it looks good on. Definitely recommend this linen shirt!

I purchased two shirts, beautiful striped linen. They were too big so I purchased the petit size. Quality fabric perfectly sewn. Even the petits are too long. The fit is bit loose.

This is a perfect replacement for a white Ralph Lauren linen shirt that I wore to death years ago. Will require a white camisole under, but so did the RL one. Will look great with a pair of jeans.

the classic linen shirts by J. Jill. I love the fabric and quality. I buy a couple each year and pair with all my favorite J. Jill pants. The nephrite/aqua tint is beautiful paired with the nephrite chino pima bottoms. This is giving spring vibes that can drift into summer. I got this in a S but could probably wear it in XS; It does run a little large which I don't mind for tying it up and even a cute bathing suit cover up or with leggings.

Tried the green color on in the store yesterday. The color is a lovely pale green, almost white in the store light. However it requires a camisole underneath. Could see my bra lace pattern through without one. The striped green and blue color was more opaque.

I got this Peony linen shirt in a SP and i absolutely love it. I get so many compliments in everything I wear fromjJill. W much now is almost everything I wear. They do require ironing, I wash in cold water and I hang to dry. and I iron on the right side with a press cloth over it. Just don’t iron directly on the linen. That’s my advice. I have been iron since I was a young child. I know what I’m doing. I also iron on a suction table.

Love, love, love this shirt! I purchased the white shirt. I like the cordaroy trim at cuff, collar, and placket. This shirt gives a fresh look to my wardrobe. It looked great with jeans. I will get many years of wear from this shirt. The best feature is the sleeves were long enough for my frame. I am 5'10" and finding decent sleeve length in shirts is difficult. This shirt is perfect!

I loved this top when it first came out, and am thrilled with it now that I have it. The colors are very true in the pictures and have an airy feeling.

Returned. Did not love. Bought an extra small missed. Shirt was too big and did not like the stiffness of the linen.

I love the look of linen in the summer. This shirt is classic and the fit is great. I bought the white shirt and usually wear with jeans. I am 5’8” 140 lbs. and bought a small. Although it’s a bit pricey, I would definitely recommend.

I bought this a couple of months ago! It's one of the most attractive shirts in my closet! A joy to wear and the fabric, print and color is divine!

How can you go wrong with a linen shirt from J. Jill. I wear them summer and fall all the time. This is my third linen shirt from J. Jill and they did not disappoint. I can always order it and know that it will fit me fashionably and not be oversized. The blue and white gave it the flair I like with my wardrobe.

It's a basic, classic linen shirt, no surprises there. Fits well. Not too short, not too long. Wrinkles, but it's expected from linen.

The shirt is beautiful vibrant color. J Jill doesn't disappoint.

I bought this beautiful linen shirt in the delicate blue multi and the color is exactly as pictured online - so pretty! I have purchased several of the linen button-down shirts from J.Jill for many years and they never cease to amaze me at the gorgeous color palette they come up with each year. I love J.Jill linen shirts. They are wonderful to dress up or dress down or wear them open with a cami underneath. I prefer them without a pocket and this year they were available. I bought five of them mostly on sale. The thickness is perfect for Florida weather and the fit was perfect. For those complaining about the shirt wrinkling, it is linen and linen wrinkles, and you have to be comfortable with that. I have a steamer and it takes me just a few minutes to get the wrinkles out. I have already washed a couple of them, and there was no shrinking. Great shirt and great buy-I recommend.

I think this will be one of my favorite summer wardrobe staples. Great fit and feel.

The worst product I’ve ever purchased from JJill. I’m a long time customer and have always been happy. This shirt is a big miss though. I followed washing instructions and it shrunk and became a wrinkled, impossible mess. So, unless you’re willing to dry clean it every time you wear it, I would avoid this. Certainly not up to JJill linen standards.

I have become a real fan of JJill linen buttons-front shirts. When I saw this beautiful hot pink shirt in the store, I knew I had to try it on. Fits perfectly and is so vibrant and bright. I look forward to wearing this to lunch with a couple of friends today--compliments will be accepted! I hope more colors keep coming!
