Defective Boot

I have been a JJill customer for years. I was so pleased to able to get these boots on a special offer/sale. I tried them on and they seemed to fit. Discarded the box. About a week ago I wore them for the first time. The left boot has a tabbing bump on the little toes side. I didn't realize it until I had set out for the day. and it is painful. The longer I wore it, more so. I couldn't wait to get home.

No, I do not recommend this product.
