I ordered these jeans because they were on sale. When they arrived I was thrilled. They fit perfectly, and looked great. I am 5'4" and have a 'tummy'. I ordered a size 14. They fit my waist and didn't 'bag' in the legs. I immediately signed on to the web-site to order another pair, but they were sold out. I called the nearest store and they were sold out too. The sales lady was kind enough to search other stores and put me in touch with another store who had them...and they shipped them out to me. I am highly saisfied with the jeans and the exceptional service.

These jeans are terrific but they do run long! When I tried them on right out of the box (with the folds already in the bottoms) they were still too long on me and I am 5'8". I just refolded the bottoms so the cuffs are a bit longer/wider. If I weren't so useless with sewing I would cut and redo length but lol I will just deal with them as is. Nice cut. No gap back at waist which I really appreciate.

I've bought several pairs already. They have just the right looseness in the thighs to make them comfy yet presentable. Only criticism is that they are bit thin and so the knees wear out rather quickly since I'm often on the ground playing with children.

I appreciate the styling, the fit, and especially the light weight all cotton denim. One suggestion: please make these in other colors, perhaps a faded blue and a khaki.

I love last season's weekender jeans, but this newer version runs smaller than the ones I purchased last year. The styling is also a little different. I am not crazy about the wash, i.e the fading on thighs and butt. I do like that they are 100% cotton, but they are almost impossible to button. Once buttoned they feel tight but at least I can breathe! I tried both pairs on and this year's is definitely a slimmer cut in the thighs and especially the waist than last year's. The fit description on the website remained the same, however. Probably should have sent them back, but they are so soft, and it is so hard to find all cotton jeans I did not. I think the next size up would be too big though, so no french fries for me! I wish JJill had not altered the sizing.

Absolutely love the boyfriend jeans (ordered two more this year) so decided to try the weekender jeans. They are similar but a little dressier and have some stretch. Ordered them on-line in the same size as the boyfriend and was pleased with the same size. Highly recommend them.
