This skirt has some silk fiber and reflects a very fresh and delicate appearance. It is definitely "irresistibly light." I really wanted a longer version, so I purchased two and opened up the thin hem, trimmed the other skirt and attached the piece onto the first skirt. Covered the seam with the matching satin 3/8ths ribbon, plus did the same on the bottom hem. The seam work was well worth the effort, as the skirt and the material is so special that more if it is even better. The excellent stitching work and garment construction produced by JJill's resources made it very easy to reconstruct.

I got this skirt to wear this summer. We have a family wedding to go to in North Carolina, and this skirt will be great to take on the trip. It will go with a variety of different tops and will pack with ease!

Bought blue and white, beautiful fabric and very feminine - can't
wait for the hot weather to wear them either casually or a little
dressier - seems a bit short - I'm 5'2" and the 2 petite fit
very well, but it was a little over my knees.

great summer skirt with a tank or light cotton tee.....waist is fitted which is nice. Looks a bit more tailored in person than the picture shows. Great color too!

This skirt is beautiful but it runs a little short for my taste. I am a petite 5.1 and normally wear a size 4. I ordered a 8p. The larger size allows the skirt to sit a little lower on my hips, which makes it hang just below the knee. Can't wait for spring to wear it!
