I wear the petite small. The length is quite good, not short like many tees. I am 5'2" and I feel it goes about half way down my hips.

The length is quite long enough, goes about half way down the hips. I normally wear a petite small but this tee in regular small fits me best. I am 5'2".

I am 5' tall and I wear a Petite Small and it fits perfectly. It sits on my hips (not to long and not to short). The 3/4 sleeve fits comfortly on my arm about 2 to 3 inches below my elbo and it is perfect. As I said before I wash them and hang to dry and never have any problems with them shrinking. I hope this helps you make a decision!!!!

Tee falls mid hip. The elbow sleeve falls just above the elbow, while the 3/4 length sleeve falls in the middle of the arm. I wear Large to allow for any shrinkage when washing it. I have this tee in black and white.

No, this is not the rounded U-shape neckline as in previous years. This v-neck is perfect. I agree with you, most v-necks are too low for me, but this is perfect.

I usually buy round neck as you said sometimes the v-neck does come to low after a few washes. Not sure if it is the same neck line as last year. Maybe J.Jill can answer that!!!!

Someone from customer service could probably answer better, but I assume the peruvian pima is somewhat softer than just pima. I find all of J Jill's clothing to be very soft regardless.

This shirt feels like a brushed cotton and is softer to the touch than a plain pima cotton. I have both types and while both are soft the peruvian clings a bit more and feels more luxurious to me.

Is the size I ordered right for me

I ordered several colors in the pima cotton elbow -sleeve v-neck I ordered a size M in Misses - I am 5'3" and weigh 124 - my chest size is about a 34 and my waist about a 26 now I am worrying that the size I ordered will be too loose - I like my tops a little form fitting along my sides but not too tight do you think size M was the correct choice - I am excited about getting them I am 54 and do work out regularly but still don't like to show the tops of my arms while at work. I am thinking that the Small would have been too tight. Thanks for your advice.

Depending on your fit preferences, the Medium may be a bit big. Our Misses size Medium is designed to fit sizes 10 to 12. Our Peruvian Pima Cotton Elbow-Sleeve V-Neck Tee in Medium has a chest measurement of 36” and a sweep measurement (around the bottom hem) of 38 1/2". Our Misses size Small is designed to fit sizes 6 to 8, has a chest measurement of 33 1/2" and a sweep measurement of 36”. This tee is made from a soft, finely ribbed knit, so it does have some stretch.

JJILL sizes are pretty consistent. Your size choice sounds right for your described body type. You will love the longer elbow sleeve. These will not be too tight. Be sure to compare to others in your closet for softness, and quality fabric. JJILL will beat all the others right out of your closet!
