I just love these jeans. there nice and soft, just the right length( petite) and fit my body perfectly. try them there great and if they don't fit you can return them.

These pants are classic. They run just a wee bit large. I hesitate to even mention that because I will continue to buy them in a size small -- my usual size -- even though I sometimes need to wear them with a belt. Actually I don't usually wear them with a belt. It all depends on my weight at any given time, I'm a size 6, and small is "size 6 to 8," so perhaps it's not fair to say that they are a tiny bit large. They're just a little bit larger than other J.Jill pants in size small that I've purchased previously. However, I would not suggest going down to an extra small for someone who is size 6 -- unless someone is a very small size 6. I truly hope that J.Jill offers these pants in their next line of clothing -- Fall colors (earth and sky, hopefully). I buy all of my clothes from J.Jill, and I almost always purchase subtle earth and sky colors. Bright colors, even for summer, remind me of K-Mart , etc.!

These are styled like jeans, but you need to be aware the fabric is not denim. It is mostly cotton, with stretch, and it has a nice, smooth texture.
I was hesitant to buy these because of reviewers not liking the cut, and in the photo, they do appear to be narrow at the knee, but not in person. I must admit that they are a bit wider at the top of the outside thigh, but it is hardly noticeable.
The waist, in my usual size, seems a little tight.
Please, JJill, give us deeper front pockets!

Soft and comfortable. Nice fit and color. Your petite pants that fit below the waist are not too long in the stride for me and don't have to be hemmed.

I really like these pants which I bought last year and wish they had not changed from this model to the current one which has the modal rayon added. These have nice body to them, look like jeans but are the weight of khakis, so they are perfect for spring and fall. They do seem a bit big for me in the waist so I will need to have the gap taken in, but other than that, they fit very nicely. The amber color has more orange/rust in the hue than just a neutral khaki -- hard for me to match other things in my wardrobe so I returned those, but kept the green .
