After carefully taking my measurements, I ordered the large. It was much too large and I've returned it for an exchange. I'm hoping that the medium (when it arrives) won't be too small. I have several similar J.Jill cotton tees in a medium, but last summer I ordered a medium and it was way too tight through the chest...possibly because it had added lycra? (I ordered cotton/lycra blend tanks in a large and they fit fine). I'm becoming less inclined to order online as I find these fit issues, as I hate to pay return shipping, plus wait for the new item (and hope it fits).

I have 6 and just ordered two more. Working at home, I wear this nearly every day, almost year-round. Perfect fit (not boxy, not clingy), comfy, substantial, durable, and flattering. Paired with Pure Jill bootcut pants -- pure comfort! For winter I layer it over the pima tank and top it with a Pure Jill velour jacket. I'm 5'0", 106lb. I order the misses XS because I like the longer torso length; this makes the sleeves long on me, but I actually like that.

The pink is a little paler than in the picture, the fit is perfect. I know I'll wear it for years to come.
