The lace bands constrict the flow of the lawn fabric, creating a slight mermaid style fit. Overall it is not too tight, but I was expecting a flowy effect. I haven't washed it yet - I hope it keeps its deep cyan color.

I actually wanted to order this skirt in my normal size (6) for J. Jill, but when I ran upstairs to retrieve my wallet for payment information and came back to my computer the 6 was gone. I was really upset as I'd been searching for a white skirt for awhile and totally liked what I saw in this skirt. I decided to take a chance and order the available size 4 thinking it would probably not fit and I'd be sending it back. Imagine my surprise when i received the skirt and it did fit and I love the way it looks. It will make my Easter outfit complete which almost never happens!

I bought this skirt for a trip to Costa Rica but will get lots of use out of it in California too. Very pretty in the blue. You can be comfortable and still look nice.

I love this skirt , just what I was looking for. I am 5.3 and find it a bit too long but that is a minor quibble. As with all JJill products the quality is excellent and I look forward to wearing it this summer.

Not too full; not too slim; colors are just right for this style. I have one in Cyan and one in Sky. This skirt is feminine without being sweet and lace is used wisely. You can wear it for casual occasions or formal. My size 10 fits perfectly. Workmanship is tops.

The quality of this skirt is very nice. True to size, good length. I will have to wear a slip with it as it's a bit transparent in spite of the lining. Maybe some people are a bit less modest. I'm looking forward to summer already!

This skirt is cut a little generously, but it can be worn at the waist or at the hips. It launders beautifully.
