It has totally delivered. It is airy and perfect with the tank. The pattern is not as pretty as I hoped - there is a cross-hatching in yellow that may turn you off but all in all, I decided it wasn't bad and I like the color zip it gives to my dress for work choices. Any aqua or navy tank will match. The colors are so varied. Many tones will match. I prefer a dark tank under my shirt.
