Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these pants These pants are so comfortable, and still dressy. The full leg and the flowing fabric make them the perfect pant. They fit true to size and are maybe just a tad long, so I will be wearing a shoe with a bit of a heel. July 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wide leg pants I love the fit and look of these so much I have 2 pairs. I do like the newer waistband better. Great piece and great for evening out a fuller figure. July 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nothing but class One of my sisters sang the praises of these pants: we now call them Debby Pants, in her honor. I was nervous about the width of the legs, being a shorty, but I'm so glad I tried them. I wear them in situations where I would have worn a long black skirt in the past. They make such a stunning, tasteful base for any top you want to show off. I love these with the embroidered shawl collar knit tunic in red. And if you can get the Clarks Sage Elfin pumps in black, as seen on the model, for heaven's sake, do it! The material is light-weight with a lot of movement. They seem true-to-size. Sadly, no pockets! They wash up pretty well, although they have been pilling in the inner thigh. Still can't diminish my love! July 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Petite? Not really. But Wearever is still the best. I bought these in a Petite L hoping I could get away with wearing them straight out of the package. I'm 5'4" and heavyset, and the J. Jill petite pants are usually just the right length on me. These were a little long! After taking them up about an inch they are fine with my usual 2" heels, but still no good with flats. I don't love the design of the waistband, and the "easier fit through the hips" just makes them seem baggy to me. But with a longer tunic top they drape beautifully... and nothing beats Wearever pants for comfort; it's like secretly wearing your pajamas to the office! July 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy wardrobe basic - very versatile These pants are def not something I would typically wear. However, I am always searching for low maintenance professional clothes that can go easily from a shower at the yoga studio to work and still look pretty. These pants do it. Just hanging there, they look pretty darn blah. But they are kind of like vodka ... they take on the flavor and flair of whatever you mix with, and are a solid foundation to build from. Given that these pants are very flowy, I like them with a fitting top. Especially sleeveless! They are a little shorter than I expected, so I will def be pairing them with ballet flats or pretty flip flops. July 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Everyone should have these pants These are really nice dress pants. Although I prefer my wearever bootcuts, these are a nice addition for when I want to dress up a little more. They flow beautifully and look great with suit jackets. These in petite seem to run a little shorter than the bootcut, but still an OK length for me. June 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by A little short in the petite sizes I ordered a size PM in these pants and they are about an inch too short, but will be okay with flats. I sometimes wear a regular Small in J Jill pants, but that size was already sold out. I am 5'5" and weigh 136 lbs. The PM size was a better, more flattering fit for me than the PS that I ordered at the same time. I returned the PS because it was too snug for my taste in the rear. Of course, being a curvy fit customer, my waist size is smaller than my hip size, and therefore the elastic waist is too big by about 2 inches in both PS and PM. (What I don't understand is why the fashion industry cannot make an elastic waist that doesn't gape! Isn't that the point of an elastic waist in the first place? Hello, J Jill, are you listening?) The waist cannot really be altered at home because it is stitched into the waistband, so there is no way to "take up" the elastic without taking in the side seams. I'll just wear them loose in the waist and cover the waist with a long top. June 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Flattering, Comfortable These pants are flattering, comfortable, and very easy to wear to work. They're a smidgen too long for this petite person (5',2"), but once I'm in heels they're fine. June 12, 2014
