The sweater is lightweight and can be worn over a camisole or layered over a turtleneck in cooler weather. It fits true to size and the embroidering makes it feel very elegant. What color is the cami worn with the cardigan? I'm still having a hard time finding something to match.

Tan will also match (the embroidery is in tan thread).

When we offered this cardigan originally, in the spring of 2012, we also offered a cami in the same Saffron color. We have sold through our stock of all layering pieces in that color. It seems like your suggestion of a tan or neutral color would be the best choice. Check out the colors Porcini or Stone in our Perfect Tank.
