Rated 5 out of 5 by MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES I OWN i WAS HESITANT IN BUYING THEM BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY HAD NO SUPPORT. THEY ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE PAIR I OWN AND THE COLOR IS GREAT YEAR AROUND. I LOVE THEM!! May 12, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Gee’WaWa® scalloped-edge ballet flats silver I love J Jill but I have to say I am not happy with purchase. The shoes are not true to size (run big) and the color is fading. I have only worn them maybe 8 times and they already look "worn" as if they went thru the season already. I did not get them on sale and for $100.00 I expected better quality. April 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shoe! I'm reluctant to order shoes online so I was pleasantly surprised when these arrived. They were comfortable the first time I put them on. The footbed is sueded (which keeps your foot from sliding) and nicely padded. The scalloped edge is a nice detail that keeps them from looking too plain. I ordered the silver and they look great dressed up or with jeans. The silver is shinier than I had hoped and they run ever so slightly big in the width. Over all a very comfy, attractive shoe. Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice shoe! I love the color, and elegant style. They may be a tad small, but with the summer heat, I'm hoping they will stretch a bit. April 11, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by comfy, different Wanted these last spring/summer but didn't jump on them - so glad to see them back this season. Very comfortable and a little different from plain flats. Was a little surprised so much of the brown base shows through the silver, but I've gotten used to it. April 10, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Didn't thrill me I thought this shoe was just average and priced too high. OK fit but overall did nothing for me. April 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by very smart, yet comfortable This makes the third pair of this type of shoe for me. I have worn them thrice already and love them as I do my other two pair. whenever I get a new catalogue and see the shoes, the ones that match my taste are this brand of shoe. I can not wait to see what will come next from this shoe line! The next color I would like is a grey or pewter. April 5, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfy comfy comfy Very comfortable shoe. The shoe does not run large as munch as it runs long. April 3, 2013

Sometimes with flats you need to go up a half size. Is that the case with these?

The regular width in Gee WaWa shoes is ample and will fit a slightly wider foot.

I ordered my regular size and found these ran on the large size. They were very loose. I was unhappy with the lack of support and sent them back,

One time I was told to buy half size up. That pair of shoes flop a bit, not as bad with thin socks on. I highly recommend getting your correct size, unless you have medical issues. I ordered my size and they were fine. Over time, most shoes stretch some. So if it feels slightly snug at first, break it in. If really snug, well then return it.

Will J. Jill in the Paseo Mall carry shoes?

I have bought shoes from J. Jill in the past but have had to return them, because even when they fit, they are sometimes not altogether comfortable. I would like to be able to try them on at my local J. Jill, just as I try on your clothes.

I would suggest finding a style on the ones you have purchased and liked overall and stick with that style from JJill. Each season, as needed, with JJill, I usually buy a pair of clogs, a couple of flats, a new boot and one flip flop. I find each season the styles are classic and updated but not in the construction necessarily. If you can find your size and preference in the style of shoe then you can enjoy the comfort of having them delivered. I travel a lot for work and don't have too much time. I hope this helps.-

We would need to do some research to find this type of measurement on our Gee’WaWa® for J. Jill Scalloped-Edge Ballet Flats. Each size of shoe would have a different measurement in this area. Our customer service agents can be reached by phone, email or chat and will be able to initiate the research needed in order to provide this measurement for your specific size.
