Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 33 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by cool comfortable and flattering Reminiscent of a 1960's look, this shirt appeals to all ages. My 23 year old daughter wants to get one as well. I wore mine on Mother's Day for a picnic in hot humid Florida and felt cool and comfortable all day. I received many complements. May 13, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love this shirt Love this shirt, the fabric is soft and the tonal embroidery is just right...not to much, not to little. I wear it tucked in a pair of jeans with sandals, simple! typically I wear a size 12 and the large fit perfect. May 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Spring in style I love this blouse. The color is gorgeous and the fit just flows. May 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by great top I love this top. nice color. i wish i can buy white color with my size Pettie Small but i could not find white color for my size. May 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by LOVE <3 this blouse This blouse is very pretty in the catalog and I liked it even better when I tried it on. I love wearing it. It is a light fabric so it is great for the spring-time. I bought the white and wear it with a nude-colored bra and have no problem with see-thru. The blouse has a nice amount of ease in it, so it is very comfortable without being too blousy. I love that I can wear this with jeans or even with dress pants. April 27, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Top This is a nice top. It does have embroidery on it. Be aware that the color is WAY different than in the picture. It's called cantaloupe and it is cantaloupe, not the yellowish color in the picture. I wish it were a bit longer, it fits me shorter than the model. I am 5'7". I would give it 4 or 5 stars if it were longer, I really like it. When I was 20 I would not have put something under it, but anyone older than that is going to want a cami. April 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by My Go To Fav Great top. Super cute, soft, comfortable. The top is roomy and easy to layer with camis. Goes perfect with jeans. Easy care. I wash cold, hang dry, toss in the dryer with a dryer sheet and off I go - no ironing!! The tie on the front is made with a good quality cord that doesn't tangle. Really love this top!! Highly recommend. April 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by so soft, and well-made This shirt shouts out quality and comfort. The beautiful detailing and chunky tassels set this shirt apart, and I love the soft fabric. April 12, 2013

This is Sara from J. Jill. Thank you for your question!

Our Embroidered Peasant Blouse is a semi-sheer style. We recommend wearing a layering piece, especially with the White color. A great layer to pair with this is our new Layering Tank, which comes in 2 neutral colors. If you’d like to shop for our Layering Tank, enter BQ042B into the “search keywords or item number” box at the top right of jjill.com.

I wear tall and ordered a size up for extra sleeve length. The sleeves fall between the wrist and elbow, cannot be worn as long sleeve for a tall person. I love this top, but will have to have the sleeves shorten to make the 3/4 length (without the elastic) or return it.... Disappointed

I am between PL and PXL, which should I buy?

I sometimes wear JJill PL, sometimes PXL, depending on how generous the cut is. I'm sort of busty, and rectangular in body shape. I'm leaning toward the PXL for this, but if it's cut really large, I'll end up swimming in the PXL! Any recommendations? Thank you!
