Because the jersey is so soft(as advertised) it shows the bumps caused by belts loops and pockets. I never dry my Pure Jill tunics (including this one). I wash cold in the gentle cycle and then hang to dry. These shirts shrink like crazy, even on low heat. They dry wrinkle-free though, if they're hung up.

Washes well. I don't think it can be worn right out of the dryer but that could be because I am seldom around the minute the dryer is finished. However, a quick touch up with an iron is all it needs.

It can be worn right out of the dryer BUT, if you like the fit of it when you buy it- don't put in dryer because it will shrink or try one size up

My experience has been that it washes very well, and it is ready to wear out of the dryer (a must for me... I hate ironing). :) As far as wrinkling goes, during a normal day of wear (chasing my 2-year old), I think it holds up nicely, as to be expected with any cotton shirt...definitely does not wrinkle/crease any more than I would expect any shirt to.
