You will want a small if you prefer a relaxed fit. If you want it to be a little more form fitting, you need an xs. I am a size 6, 5'4, 135# and the xs fit best. Even the sales ladies in the store thought it looked nicer. So with your size (thin) you may want an xs. It runs a little loose.

Go with the small. At your height and weight you must be very slim. The small would be better for you.

If there is an XS, I think you'd be better off in that. I ordered a Small and I weigh more than you and I'm a few inches taller.

For me, at 5'5" and 135 lbs., the size Small worked very well. Comfortable without any clinging, yet the shoulders fit nicely and appropriately.

Jacket Topper?

For business purposes I need a jacket to cover my dresses. What color Wearever jacket will complement this pattern? Would Wearever jackets in marble or flagstone be a good choice?

Hi, there are various gray tones in this dress so I would think flagstone or marble would work. I have some gray boots that work perfectly with it. I would also say black and the flamingo red would work as well.

I'd definitely recommend a jacket for work. You can always take it off if it's warm outside. I wear a black corduroy (it's cool in San Francisco). You could also wear a gunmetal or gray that compliments the pattern colors. Also a shade of red would highlight the red hydrangeas.

This is Sara from J. Jill. Thank you for your question!

The Wearever Simplicity Dress has a similar fit to our Wearever Wrap Style Dress. They share the same fit in the bust and shoulders, but the Wrap Style Dress is designed to be more fitted in the waist, where the Simplicity Dress is designed in an a-line shape. We recommend comparing your body measurements to the measurements in our size guide to determine the best size for you.

I would say no...length is moderate and not real short like most dresses have been this past year. I am 5'4" and the dress hits knee just below top of knee. Fits well in shoulder area. Fabric soft and gives like a knit. The colors are true in picture and beautiful

Not for me, Libby2. I know of what you speak re: the Wearever wrap-style dress. I tried the pretty red, V-neck print one and couldn't make it work at all. This dress - above - was good for me in size Small.
