Bought this in original lt yellow a few years ago and got a stain on it...immediately ordered another in the brighter yellow....love it..
Customer service tried to find the original pale yellow....but this is very close ....couldn't live without this color..I have this sweater in different colors......great fit!

I loved this sweater. It will go so well with so many of my outfits. I am always cold! It has wonderful details, like the little pockets. I ordered it in black because it went with a particular outfit I wanted a sweater for and I find my only regret is that I didn't order another sweater in one of the brighter colors.

Love the feel of this sweater! Very versatile, and a great fit. Just the right length, as well. Pairs easily with jeans or a dress! Has a nice drape...not too tight in the bust( which can be problem for someone like me). Have ivory and will most likely get more colors.

One of the things that really annoys me about plus-sized clothing is the addition of lycra, spandex, or elastane that's supposed to give garments the ability to stretch but ends up making them hot and clingy. It's my fault that I didn't read the facric contents for this sweater - I would have kept on looking for a 100% cotton sweater. But that said - the J. Jill sweater is the nicest, least clingy of sweaters with stretch added.

This sweater is indeed timeless. It is about 2 inches or so longer than the quintessential cardigan and much more classic. I will buy more in other colors!

This sweater definitely runs large. It's also just plain boxier than most of the sweaters J Jill sells. I don't really mind that -- I think there's a place for a sweater that's not as close-fitting as some -- but I do wish that it had been more accurately described. I purchased it in black, which is obviously a great basic, so I'm sure I'll use it a lot.

I ordered (in pink and black). Fit of sweater is a bit big, but not so much that it bothers me. The pockets, while cute in a catalog picture, in reality create unnecessary and figure fattening bulk. The placement at the hip is a mistake. But my major complaint is that I had to search high and low to find a shell or tank to match, and even then, had to hope it was the one pictured under the cardigan. Next, I would have ordered another color, but there was no matching tank. Soooo -- suggestions: remove pocket. If you must have an accent, figure out something more flattering. Sell a matching shell or tank and list it as so, on the SAME PAGE as the cardigan.

I wanted a black sweater for spring that would go with skirts and pants and this cardigan sweater is perfect. It is soft and hits right at the hip in the right spot. The sleeves can be folded up or just slid up if wanted; it is a perfect little sweater.
