I ordered these shorts on sale in my usual J Jill size, and they're HUGE! They just about fall off even when buttoned, and there are no belt loops, so I can't cinch them. Since they were on sale, the smaller size is now sold out, so I can't exchange them. Too bad, they're great summer shorts, especially if you like your shorts a bit longer. VERY disappointed by the crazy sizing at J. Jill -- there really needs to be some consistency! I've ordered pants in this same size that were too small. The difference in actual sizes needs to be addressed by J Jill! (Please!) Also, the pockets aren't real, a bit of a disappointment. Too bad, these could have been my favorite hot-weather shorts.

Bought these for the summer. Always hesitant to buy linen due to the wrinkling factor but liked the style. Haven't washed them yet. My shorts days are about over but I found these to be the correct length, not too long not too short. Purchased these in a size 8 and they just right.

I now own two pairs of these shorts; one pair in khaki/loden green and one in white. They are very comfortable (love linen!) and just the right length; the top of my legs are heavy, they hide just enough and yet are short enough on a hot day to keep me cool!

Pleasantly surprised at the length of these shorts unrolled. I was looking for bermudas in a a light linen for summer, and hoped these would come close. Hesitated because of the zipper and clasp, as I wanted drawstring comfort. However, they are cut generously at the waist and seem to have some "give," as well. Haven't washed them yet, but will probably forego the dryer just in case!

I am leery of ordering clothes on line but.....took a chance and am glad I did. They are a perfect fit! I wore them the day I got them and they looked terrific. Would recommend these to anyone who likes a good looking, great fitting pair of shorts!
