I had to think hard about the color not the pant because I have several Pure Jill pants and love them all but advise going down a size from your normal. These look and feel great. Purchased sea tweed print blouse and the match is perfect. Thanks J Jill for lots of color.

These are really perfect pants. They are comfortable, fit well. I haven't washed them yet, so I can't give any advice on that. I doubt that they shrink with the stretch in them. Dress them up or down. I would even sleep in them except I want to keep them nice for wearing out. They don't hold your stomach in if you have problems with tummy bulge, unless you wear a Spanx, but they are great for wearing under shirts, tunics, etc. If you have no bulges, then wear anything with them.

I would highly recommend shopping at J. Jill - they were out of my size, but were able to order 2 pair of slacks for me and I had them in about a week. Great store to shop in.

Love the fit of these pants. Although I really like the newer straight leg, these not-too-flared boot cuts are slimming, and they are so comfortable. The wash & wear aspect is a bonus.
