Rated 5 out of 5 The most comfortable pants ever! I love these pants. I am such a "comfort seeker" when it comes to what I wear ... but I have to look good, too! These pants are absolutely perfect. Now I need to go back and get the boot leg ones! May 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful color! This is a lovely medium weight knit. Great fit and good length. Nice wide waistband. I love the color. Wish it had a pocket, however. I intend to wash it by hand and hang to dry as I do not want it to loose its shape or color. May 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome I bought this with the long sleeve stretch shirt. This is the most comfortable work outfit I own. It's like wearing yoga pants to work. May 16, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these pants Sorry I didn't order there pants earlier in the season before they were all out of my size in most colors! I did get the brown pants and I love them theyare true to size, so comfortable and so good looking!! May 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love them. Second pair. This is my second pair of these pants. They wash well, are soft and cmfortable. I'd buy them again......... May 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these So comfortable, and they look nice even with my heavy legs. I'm 5'6" and the length is perfect. Nice and soft, but heavy enough not to look sloppy. Wish I could get them in black... May 12, 2013

I live in upstate NY and have worn these to work in January. But they are light enough that I plan to wear them all year long. My office is cool in the summer and these would be perfect! They sit just below the waist.

They're heavier than I expected, and would be okay in the winter, except if it's windy. The wind of a northeast winter would go right through these. Otherwise, I think the best season for these would be spring or fall. I'd find them heavy for the summer, but I'm also heat intolerant. I don't have the rise measurements on hand, but I had to exchange a lp for an mp and the mp fits fine, but is maybe just a bit tight in the rise.

These are not the mid weight-sweatshirt material from
previous Pure Jill seasons. These are light weight, and
perfect for Mild weather or underneath a cozy ensemble.

I live in California and would consider year round wear,
but then it's 70 degrees here on the 13 th of February :D

These are more of a winter weight, although I wear them on a cool day here in Sunny Florida. Sort of like a really good quality sweat pant. . I do have a white pair I wear on cool days also. These are not for hot weather . They sit at the waist which I prefer and because of the wide elastic waist band they are quite comfortable. They do not ride up or down as some narrower waist bands tend to do. These also hold their shape and do not bag at the knees. The rise on the LP is 10-11" (if I measured correctly).

The rise measurements of the Pure Jill Slim Leg Pants in Extra Small Petite (2p/4p) are 7 3/4” for the front rise and 13 5/8” for the back rise. In the Misses XS (2/4) the front rise is 8 1/8” and the back rise is 14”.

size of the above

what size do I take in your pants - 5 ft. 3, weight 116 pounds, weight distributed but no waist and heavier in rear end.

do not like short pants.

also in dresses - i have purchased a lot of clothes in past but it was when I was recovering from cancer last year and only 103 pds. I didn't buy pants but t-shirts and dresses. Purchased Dresses - women's small for length and t-shirts in women's small. I think today if possible would petite medium be better for the length. Things from last year still fit but as I said never have gotten any of your pants. and am now interested in them and also perhaps more tops. thank you

I don't like short pants either and I'm 5'3" also, about 125lbs. Petite usually seems just a little too short on me. I was able to get a missy small size in pants. There was just a small amount of bunching at the bottom of the pant, but not enough to stop me from wearing flat shoes with them.

I'm 5'4 and just tried these and purchased them in the store. I love them, but they fit me like they do the model where they stop at the ankle and I wear them with slip-ons or flat sandals. I am 120 lbs with my weight in the rear and the XSP fit me but is still large in the waist. I would think that because of your weight, a medium would be swimming on you. These pants are sort of like soft loose leggings. Hope that helps!
