I just bought my 3rd "pointelle topper" sweater. The first 2 have been durable and have stayed fresh even after multiple wearings and even laundering. However, the carolina blue one that I bought recently has already begun to unravel. I'm sure with a little effort, I'll be able to "fix" the flaw but really I shouldn't have to be doing that. This 3rd sweater is beautiful but I'm still disappointed in its flaw.

This cardigan is very delicate and snags easily, so it needs extra care. That said, it's very pretty, and if you get it in a size up, it can be layered over a long-sleeved tee for a nice see-through effect.

I would not call this a "topper"; it's more a lightweight cardigan. It is very pretty and the color is nice but the knit is very thin and it runs very small and is shorter than it seems in the photo. I ordered a size up. I'm glad I got it on sale because it was overpriced at the original price.

This sweater fits true to size, is a lovely blue color and an amazing price. You can wear it year-round.
