Serves the purpose of a simple black dress. Wish the fabric were a little bit heavier but this will do for my needs. Hangs nicely and fits very well....easy to accessorize. Looking for some cute baby janes to wear with it...or 2 inch pumps....

Have been looking for a packable black dress to take traveling, one that can be dressed up or down. This one fit the bill and would work on all season voyages, on its own in warmer weather and worn with a cardi in cooler months.
I just took it to my tailor for a few alterations. I wanted 3/4 sleeves so am having the long sleeves shortened. As I'm 5 feet tall, I shortened the hem as well since a below-knee length, in my opinion, does not flatter shorter women. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is my wish for a dress that wasn't so shapeless. I would have preferred something a BIT more body hugging with a flared skirt instead of something so up and down.
Haven't road tested it yet but am traveling overseas in July and will give it a try then.

I love this with cropped leggings and a scarf. SUPER comfy (feels like pyjamas!) but elegant. Worked great for a conference I attended last week and packed well.

Needed a black dress for a formal event that would fit well and not make me look heavy. This did the trick. Easy to dress up with jewelry and shawl.

I know I will get a lot of wear with this dress style. It is very comfortable and I like the fact that this outfit can be dress up (with jewvelry) or dress down (with a scarf).

Material was wonderful, very comfortable, draped nicely, did not wrinkle at all. Fit was too loose for me especially around the waist....and I have no waist! did not keep......reminded me of my pregnancy days.

I love this dress! The sizing is correct, and the fit is just right (PS). You can always count on the Wearever material--versatile and well-made. It is made a little longer than other Wearever dresses, but the look is fine. This is the classic "little black dress," everyone should have in their closet.
