I will be so glad when this fad for absurdly high heels finally burns out. Five-inch heels are not only hideously uncomfortable, long-term use of them makes your feet quite hideously deformed. I recommend ordering 1/2 size bigger and if you have bunions try even a whole size bigger. I'm an 11M so I'm opting to use a shoe stretcher because the shoes are so pretty on. April 9, 2013

Our Knotted Skimmers are running true to size, although some customers have mentioned that they are fitting a bit large. They are designed for a medium width foot. If you do decide to size up, we wouldn’t recommend going up any more than a half size.

Nope, keep your size. This shoes run bigger and your size might even be too big. I wear a size 6 and it's too big for me since it does not have a steady grip at the back. It's too bad that it does not come in half sizes.
5 and half might have work for me.

Yes! These shoes run snug. I sometimes need a wide. I'm really a 10.5W but get an 11M cause they don't make my size. I got these in 11M and they're snug. 11W would have been perfect! It's worth a try though because they are very flattering on the foot. I'm opting to use a shoe stretcher.
