Nice yarn. Would be more useful if lined with soft flannel-like fabric to keep wind from blowing through to ears. Sent this on back.

Most headbands that have wool in them, drive my forehead and myself crazy with itching, after 5 min. of wearing them. This headband/warmer was wonderful, soft, non-itchy, but warm, and I love the adjustable button, as sometimes I wore it over my hair, sometimes, pushing my hair back. A terrific item, I got two, one for a stocking stuffer, one for me!

For those days when you need a bit of warmth on your head, especially your ears, this headband is a nice alternative to a hat which can leave you with a bad case of hat-hair, especially if you have curly hair.
