Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed - Misled by posted reviews These leggings have a very odd fit. They are very snug through the entire leg - then they balloon out from the hips to the waist. I usually wear a petite size 8 JJill pant - so I ordered a petite medium legging. I am keeping them only because I know that the petite small will be too tight at the waist. And you will not see how loosely the hip/waist fit under a long top. I was hoping for a much more uniform fit. The only redeeming feature of these leggings is that the fabric is a decent quality - as is noted by other reviewers. This is one of the few times I have been very disappointed in a JJill product. All leggings I have tried either fit my legs and are too tight in the hips or if they are full enough to pull up over my hips, they sag in my knees and are too long!

Our Ankle Length Leggings (and our Capri Leggings) are made from a super soft and stretchy Pima Cotton and Spandex blend, so they have lots of stretch built in! These choices will give you the best opportunity to fit your legs, while having enough comfortable stretch in the material to accommodate your hips.

I would recommend the J.Jill ankle leggings. The right blend of spandex & cotton makes these leggings stretch enough for fuller hips, but enough support to fit your legs without bagging. I like the support these leggings give without giving you that "squished" feeling. Try these, I think you will love them!

the ankle length fits fuller hips and are not as long - they do bag a bit in the knees but you can purchase one size down and you are still going to be fine in the hips I have found.

I was pleased since this happens to me too, but these did not. I do have thin legs compared to the trunk of my body. I hope this helps. These fit great & no bunching or sagging. I did buy a size smaller than other brands I have purchased & I got a Pettit . I'm 5' 2"

Our Ankle-Length Leggings are made from a stretchy blend of pima cotton and spandex.

In our Women’s size 2X (18w/20w) the elastic waist, when relaxed, measures 37” and measures 48” when extended. The low hip measures 46”.

In our Woman’s size 3X (22w/24w) the elastic waist, when relaxed, measures 41” and measures 52” when extended. The low hip measures 50”.

Shale is a patio- stone grey color - in the medium tone family.
Eucalyptus is a deep green with a bluish undertone much like the eucalyptus plant. It is a neutral color that will go with black/brown/grey/white or ivory and look terrific. Blues and greens would be harder to match though. Eucalyptus is a color all on its own.
