They move easily with you, so if you do a lot of bending or reaching (or exercising) these pants will work well for you. I love the eucalyptus color, which plays well with a number of other colors, including black and chocolate. May 15, 2013

Our Pure Jill Cropped Pants in Flagstone are a dark grey color. They are made from our French terry fabric, which has a flat appearance on the outside and soft loops on the inside of the fabric. They are soft, comfortable to wear, and easy to care for.

Flagstone is definitely a dark grey, what I would call gunmetal grey on a car. It is a flat sort of color and needs to be perked up with a touch of color, especially if you wear both top (tank or jacket) and bottom (pants or skirt) in flagstone. Otherwise it could look somewhat somber. Too much of a good thing, sort of.

Flagstone is dark grey from what I can tell. I have these pants in the blue color, I am 5'4" and I ordered a petite size. These pants do run big so I recommend sizing down. They are a little bit more clingy toward the hips and waist, but I am also a little soft in the middle.

Our sizing is the same for our Pure Jill Cropped Pants and our Easy Linen Cropped Pants. Each pant has its own fabric and shape, but, for example, the Misses Small fits sizes 6 to 8 in each pant.

These pants do not have pockets. If you want cropped pants that are nice with pockets I would recommend the easy linen cropped pants. They are very comfortable and have nice big pockets in them.

Is the wide elastic sewn down?

I have a pair from a few years ago, and the elastic has twisted and doubled over into one narrow strip inside the casing. The waistband no longer lies flat.

The elastic is indeed sewn in. I have several pairs and have had no issues with elastic twisting. These wash like a dream. I put them in the dryer just a couple of minutes then I hang them to dry.
