Overpriced, low quality, poorly sized and cheaply manufactured with zero support, rough blister inducing inside seams and paper thin soles. The worst purchase I have ever made from J.Jill

Bought these on the basis of their considerable cuteness, fashion, and reviews stating they were comfortable. Well, 2/3--undeniably adorable and very fashionable, BUT-- I wore them around the house for 20 minutes and they hurt terribly. My feet are not all that unusual, but I do require absolute comfort. The fit is very odd; the height in the toe compartment is very short. I thought that I might be able to remediate the discomfort in the foot bed (minimal to no padding; no arch support at all) by putting in gel inserts. However, due to the cramped toe "box" there is no room whatsoever to accomodate even a thin, foam insert. Unfortunately the booties are headed straight back.

The first pair I ordered a size larger as other reviewers said they ran small. They were too big so I ordered them in my own size and they were too small. I didn't like the opening in the back either. I am a huge J Jill fan but was disappointed with boots.

Very cute and super comfy. They almost feel like slippers! Good alternative for my leather moto booties I wore all the time. Now I am wearing these all the time. They look cute with tunic tops and leggings. I love these boots!

I really love these boots. They look rich and different from every other boot on the street. People ask me where I got them. The fit runs small. I am a true 7.5 but needed to exchange for an 8.
It was very easy transaction. I went to a store and they were very helpful and efficient. The merchandise arrives very quickly.
I am a J. Jill devotee.

I was looking for a simple little flat bootie,without fringe or studs or tons of buckles, and was thrilled to see that JJill had what I wanted. They are sleek and sophisticated and look great with leggings and narrow black pants. I ordered my regular size and the fit is just right. Given the price, I think they could have used a little more cushioning on the inside; I think I am going to find a cushioning insert for them. And I wish they had put the size stamp a little lower down on the inside of the boot...if they had, then I could fold over the top for a different look. As it is, the size stamp shows. Overall, though, I think I'll wear them a lot.

This is at least the second time I have had to return JJill footwear; I am awaiting a replacement a half-size larger. Shoes/boots do run small. The sizing has been inaccurate and makes me reluctant ever to order footwear from JJill again. The boot itself is very nice, though.
