Rated 5 out of 5 by A woman can't have enough of this fabulous top! This was one of the first tops I bought from J Jill even though I have never worn sleeveless tops as I am a tad sensitive about my arms ... the sales woman was spectacular in encouraging me to try styles she knew I would look good in even though I hemmed and hawed - she was right every time! ... it was nice to have professional advise and direction while shopping ... I have this top in at least 6 or 7 colors and I buy new black and white Wearever tank tops each year just to keep up the wear they have to take from frequent use ... I feel very feminine whether I wear the top by itself or under a shirt or jacket ... I also had to go down to a large size from the usual XL size I need - this is a very nicely designed and complimentary top for a woman ... I can't say enough good things about the Wearever tank top! Rated 5 out of 5 by I love thid! You can wear it alone or under something. It's cool, comfortable and washed well, does not wrinkle. I have a few of them and love them. Hits mid hip (Im five foot two) May 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect tank I love the wearever line. I usually wear petites, but went with a regular size beacause I wanted to wear it over the skirt with a wearever short jacket. The fabric is soft but drapes nicely. I get many comments about how nice they look. May 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by . Fits great and is a good value. I'm very happy with my purchase. May 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by So comfortable I love the feel of the fabric, and the style too. Now that I am seeing it, I think I prefer a longer design, but this is also nice to wear. It is easy to clean too, as I prefer to wash these by hand, but of course they can go in the washer. It can look elegant or casual; great for traveling. May 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great tank I really like this tank, especially for layering, but it's ok on its own, too. Good strap coverage and nice length. May 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tan color good addition for summer travel! With a trip planned for an African safari in August, I plan on bringing this wonderful wearever tank top as well as the shorter pants in this color. April 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product has great features The fabric in this product is great and the scoop neck is perfect, not too low and not too high. Great fit! April 9, 2013

it is thin so if you are tough on knits you might not get a lot of wear out of it.

I have only worn this once, but I agree, most knits these days are too thin and flimsy. Show too much lines or get holes where rub on pants a bit. I think this will hold up a while.

If you are tough, you may not be thrilled... I have not washed mine but feels that it's bit thin.

I have a large number of Wearever pants, skirts, tanks, and dresses. I love the fabric because it DOES hold up through many washings. I have never had a problem, and some of my items go back almost to the introduction of the line (I have a cowlneck dress in Java, for instance). The cut is consistent from year to year, so if you find a piece you really like, I recommend adding a new one in another color occasionally. There are so many ways to wear the relatively plain tank dresses that each one is like a suitcase full of clothes - just add scarves, jewelry, belts, sweaters, and so on. I love the Wearever line!

I have washed many of my Wearever pieces inside out. They seem to do very well in the washer. After drying, I just hang immediately on a hangar, so they do not need a touchup with the iron.

What kind of green is "Green Tea"?

I've had some issues with jjill colors not matching what they look like online. Kind of looks like mint but I don't trust that. Is it yellow-green? Blue-green? A description, please!

This is Sara from J. Jill. Thank you for your question!

Sometimes it can be harder to determine color because settings and computer monitors can vary. Our Wearever Tank in color Green Tea is a minty shade of green. It is a pale green with yellow tones.
