Bought regular size and they are not skin tight, but fit snug and are oh so confortable. Easy wash and dry on low and hang up. Perfect for travel!!! May 13, 2013

How high is the waist?

How high is the waist? I like higher in knit pants--at or above the waist--as they tend to slip down.

Our Wearever Slim Ankle Pants are designed to sit slightly below the natural waist. This means that each size of this pant has a different rise measurement.

The waist of the pant may fall differently on each individual depending on fit. They come to the waist on me. I got them in a tall because I am 5'10". Like you, pants fall off if they do not come to my waist, and these stay up because they do come up to my "real" waist (as opposed to my "natural" waist). Hope this helps.

The straight leg Wearever pants seemed to fit a bit on the tight side....ordering up a size and they were too big. Since black is such a popular "go with everyting" color, navy is just on a hiatus for a bit!
