How is my J.Jill credit card account changing?
Beginning Sunday, February 20, 2011, your J.Jill credit card account service transitioned from Citibank to World Financial Capital Bank (WFCB). WFCB is now the new creditor on your J.Jill credit card. WFCB will service any existing balance on your account and will be the creditor of any future purchases made using your J.Jill credit card. Customer service, account servicing and J.Jill Credit Card Online Account Management are now also handled by WFCB.

Can I continue to use my existing J.Jill credit card?
Yes. Your existing J.Jill credit card can still be used for purchases made in stores, through the catalog and at JJILL.COM. Your J.Jill credit card will remain valid as long as your account is open.

Will my J.Jill credit card benefits be affected or change?
No. Your J.Jill credit card benefits have not been affected by the transition. You can still enjoy all the same benefits you love, such as 5% off all J.Jill credit card purchases, 10% off on double discount days and an additional 5% off for your entire birthday month. You’ll also have access to exclusive events, special offers and private sales.

Please be sure to use your new J.Jill account number, which can be found on your monthly billing statement or by calling Customer Service at 1.800.329.9713 (TDD/TTY: 1.888.819.1918). Can I still make payments in-store, over the phone or by mail?
As always, you can make payments in-store, over the phone or by mail.

All in-store payments must be paid by cash, personal check,* traveler’s check, money order or cashier’s check.

To make a payment by phone, using your personal checking account, please call 1.800.329.9713 (TDD/TTY 1.888.819.1918). Phone payments will be subject to a $10 processing fee.

Can I view past billing statements through J.Jill Credit Card Online Account Management?
No. Only your most recent billing statement will be accessible. Statements dated before February 20, 2011, will not be available.

Has my request to receive paperless statements been affected?
No. If you currently receive paperless J.Jill credit card statements, you will continue to receive email notifications indicating that your statement is ready to be viewed. These notifications will be sent to the email address on file. Please be sure to review your account information, including your email address, and add jjill@alldata.bfi0.com to your safe senders list to ensure uninterrupted delivery of these notifications. If you wish to receive paperless statements, please register through J.Jill Credit Card Online Account Management at JJILLCARD.COM.
